PFC Nominations Due Friday, 4/26/19

The Park View Elementary Parent Faculty Club (PFC) is looking for nominations for two open positions for the 2019-2021 term:

President and Secretary.

 

Nomination forms are due by Friday, April 26th.

DUTIES OF THE PRESIDENT:

  • be the chief executive officer of the club

  • supervise and control the affairs of the club and the activities of the officers

  • be present and preside at all meetings

  • appoint committee chairpersons with the advice and consent of the Executive Board

  • serve as ex-officio member of all committees

  • approve the monthly agenda and newsletter

  • serve as co-signatory on all PFCs accounts

  •  

DUTIES OF THE SECRETARY:

  • certify and be custodian of all club records

  • keep in the records the original or a copy of the Bylaws

  • be able to exhibit these records and the minutes of the proceedings of the Executive Board for inspection at all reasonable times

  • keep a complete and accurate record of minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Executive Board, regular club meetings and special club meetings. These records shall indicate the time and place of holding such meetings, whether regular or special, how called, the notice given, the names of those present, and the proceeding thereof

  • see that all notices are duly given

  • manage all outgoing and incoming correspondence which has been approved bt the President or Executive Board

  • prepare and distribute, with the Presidents and/or the Executive Board, the monthly agenda and newsletter, unless a chairperson is designated to do such

  • serve as a co-signatory on all PFC accounts
