Coffee with the Principal

Welcome to Park View Elementary. It is important for us to remember that we are all part of a greater community when it comes to discussions of educating children. This year our focus is building on relationships and beginning the process of defining the mission of Park View and identifying what we, as a team, comprised of teachers, students, parents, and community members define the identity of the school for years to come. This is our school, we need to tell our story of who and what we are, and not allow others to define us.

For that reason, I would like to invite you as parents/guardians to a monthly “Coffee with the Principal”. This will be an informal time to talk about concerns, ask questions, celebrate, and provide information as we begin this exciting journey.

The meetings will be held in the cafeteria beginning at 8:30 a.m. and not last more than 1 hour. There will be a sign-up sheet located in the office each month so we can determine how many people plan on attending. The dates are as follows:

Monday, September 9, 2019

Monday, October 14, 2019

Monday, November 18, 2019

Monday, December 9, 2019

Monday, January 13, 2020

Monday, February 10, 2020

Monday, March 9, 2020

Monday, April 20, 2020

Monday, May 11, 2020

I hope to see you there as we move forward on this journey and provide the best opportunity for all the students of Park View.

Thank You,

Jim Schuller
