Greetings Park View Elementary Families,
My name is Victor Ramirez, and I am proud to introduce myself as your new interim principal.
To share a little about myself, I have served as the Vice Principal of Ripon High School for the last seven years. If you have older students who attended RHS, we may have run into each other at sporting events, school activities, or other community events. My experience before becoming the Vice Principal includes being a School Psychologist with the district and a Program Director for a day program for adults with developmental disabilities. I hold a Master's Degree in School Psychology, an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Psychology, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. In addition, I have obtained both a Pupil Personnel Services credential in School Psychology and an Administrative Services credential.
Living in Ripon for the past ten years and having my two children attending Ripon schools, one at Ripon High School and the other at Ripon Elementary, has given me a great deal of insight into our Ripon Unified Schools and community. I am genuinely excited to get started as your principal and to meet the staff, the students, and you.
Thank you to Principal Schuller for his support during this transition, and I wish him well in his new position.
I look forward to becoming a part of the Park View community and building long-lasting relationships. My goal throughout this year is to work closely with the Park View Elementary Staff to provide the best education possible for your students.
With gratitude and respect,
Victor J. Ramirez
Principal, Park View Elementary
